Things haven't been going well recently, she caught me cheating with a younger woman and I think that the trust between us has been damaged in some way. The sex has never been great between us, although she does her best to keep up. This is what probably made me look elsewhere in the first place (am I being unreasonable?). I’m thinking of doing something to put the WOW factor back into our relationship but I’m having difficulty deciding what would be best. Any suggestions?

ok here it goes, you need to do something unexpected. Most man think it's gay but your woman will love you for it. You could take her away for the week-end, candel lit dinner, movies. You could also tell her once a week you should have a date night. Dancing, picnic, wine and dine! bring her flowers leave her a note before you go to work. Make her feel special, show her and tell her and you can't go wrong. Remember happy life= happy life.

Yes I'm 63 and have similar problems. I think it perfectly reasonable to cheat with other women if she can't make it for you.
However, I suggest you give her your reassigned (to her) life assurance policy and gently tell her it's all hers. Your sex life will magically improve.
