I have been afflicted with pimples( on my back only) for the last 20 yrs. no medication seems to help....

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

There is one thing that helped one of my best friends growing up, he had the same problem. You haev to be very careful, but run hot water in your bathroom sink, as hot as you can get it, being careful not to touch the water with your face, stick your face in the sink, and drape towels over the sides of the sink and your head, cover everything that you can with the towels so that the steam stays in the sink. Steaming your face like that really helps a lot of people.
Also see a dermatoligist if nothing works, unless you already have :P

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin.You can clean your skin with apple cider vinegar as a simple home remedy with great results. Try going to the dermatologist..they have injections now for pimples...it's really effective and pimple won't come back
