You have already several good ideas on what to do with the egg whites. Only thing, in the mayo recipe, it's for inmediate use. Mayonnaisse made this way, which is the original and tastiest will not keep in the fridge. Use it for fish, chicken, salad, wahtever, as much as you can and throw away any leftover.

Try this. The recipe is for two. So since you have 16 egg whites, you can either cook all and invite your family or friends to have a treat or just cook the amount in this recipe and keep the rest in the fridge for another day.
Remember you can change the ingredients in the recipe so that it's to your taste eg substitute the cheese with shredded bacon, minced chicken/pork/beef or chopped prawns.
Use your imagination and creativity.

Scrambled egg white omelet

Ingredients

2 egg whites or egg substitute
½ of a medium-sized green bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsp. fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. mushroom slices
1 tbsp. skim milk
Directions

Beat egg whites and tbsp. of milk in medium bowl with whisk.
Mix all other ingredients into egg mixture with fork.
Pour mixture into small non-stick skillet and cook on stove over medium heat until bubbly on top.
Scramble the mixture until hot and egg whites are solid.
Serves one

Throw in some leftovers and make Egg Foo Yung .

Thow in some bread, and powdered sugar and make french toast.

Throw in some hame and cheese and make a really big omelette.

Throw it in your hair and then wash it out to give your hair more luster and shine.

Throw it in a blender with some milk, cream, nutmeg and ice and make a holiday smoothie.

Throw it in some crepe or pancake batter.

or throw it in a jar in the refrigerator and you can use it a glaze.

Then again you could always have a food fight or go vandal on the world.

MUAH HA HA HA.....

make lots of merangue yummy mm...... instead of making the pies why not filling an icing bag with the merangue mixture and squirt swirls onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper, cook them and when done sprinkle with a dust of choc yummy, much cheaper than a supermarket.
ps for not having an oven bung them in the fridge/freezer and that will work too

My mom makes cookies with egg whites and chocolate chips. I'm not sure what they are called officially, but they are my favorite cookies ever. I still have her make me a batch for my birthday every year.
