I have tried everything, My Dermatologist is now working on getting a Therapist for me so that a doctor can help me just deal with my acne. My Doctor is very good, he has given me many medications all of them worked but only for the period of time I was taking them, then it would just come right back. I need a Herbal Treatment, or a Religious Treatment absolutely anything that hasn't been tried by the large majority of acne sufferers. I've been told there are many people out there with acne that are still fighting to get rid of it but I do not want to have to fight it for my entire life and I can't just wait it out. This Acne is not apart of my spiritual body nor is it my friend, I need to get rid of it but all the conventional ways have not worked can anyone help me?

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

So sorry this is distressing you so much. Maybe you wrap up your feelings about acne and send them off to outer space ! On the reality side, have you tried giving up milk ?
It as worked for a few people who have tried everything else without success. It has something to do with the proteins in the milk.
Maybe you could give it a go. Maybe it will be your magic bullett. I sure hope so !

Can you try vegetarian diet. Drink water, no coffee, no soda pop.

Dabs of white toothpaste, leave it sit on overnight. Rinse off in morning shower. Do not take to hot of showers! Anyone tell you that? Clean your sheets and pajamas every 72 hours. Use a unscented detergent with an unscented dryer sheet.

Baking soda scrub once a week. 1 Teaspoon to some cool water smooth on trouble area. Wait for results to appear, unless reddening stays with your first try and does not disappear within 20 minutes.

Try Neutrogena or Pears glycerin soap.

Have you tried a naturopath who deals with orthomolecular medicine? I know the modern thinking is that 'drugs' cure things, but in fact I think you have discovered otherwise; most drugs only mask things for a limited period of time.
