My motto (borrowed from a busy man) is "Do it now".
All the important things in life you mean to do, but you're always too busy with the stuff which has to be done straight away. The stuff which you value gets left out. So when something is important to me, I shunt the schedule and "do it now".
Most times the urgent stuff which gets skipped or done late doesn't turn out to be so urgent after all, and my life is way better for making some space for the good.

When you value yourself the most, you are best suited to value to a relationship.
We are never given dreams without also being given the power to make them come true.
The worst regret you can have in life is not for the wrong things you did, but for the things that you did not do.
It's not the great things you do that matters but the small things you do with a great heart.
It is better to have few possessions and much hope than to have many things and little hope.
The imagination of today is the reality of tomorrow.
It's so funny how we set qualifications for the right person to love, while at the back of our minds we know that the person we truly love will always be an exception.
You'll know that you miss someone very much when evry time you think of that person, your heart breaks into pieces and just a quick "Hello" from that person can bring the broken pieces back...
You get the most out of school when you go with the desire to learn. Get the most out of life by "going to life" each day with the desire to learn. Valuable lessons are all around you... you just have to open your eyes.
Opportunity is looking beyond the surface of a situation and seeing what others do not see.
discover your true purpose and discover your true potential.
Today's student of possibility is tomorrow's master of reality.
The forward steps we take in life provide opportunity for greater success and fulfillment by providing us with the knowledge of what works for us. In the setbacks of life there is opportunity to achieve our goals and dreams by trying new strategies and new paths...
One opportunity falling apart is another chance for a greater opportunity to present itself.
-It really inspire me.

I've said this so many times one friend had it embroidered on a pillow for me.
"Show up.
Pay attention.
Tell your truth.
Detach from the outcome."
Versions of the phrase have been attributed to Jesuit priests and Buddhist monks. The above version is mine. Whenever I'm going through a difficult time such as when my ex took me to court, I use this as a mantra to get me through. It works. Recently, I heard a great saying on Tim Gunn's new Bravo-TV show and I find myself repeating it:
"I cannot control how I am received.
I can only control how I am presented."
Finally, another favorite oft said by Tim Gunn:
"Carry on!"

I love this Taoist saying:
"The five colors blind the eye;
the five tones deafen the ear."
It means that if you have a preconceived idea of categories, you will not see the true wealth of variety out there.

Mine is a quotation from a book character.
"He that breaks a thing to find out what it is has left the path of wisdom".
It's something that Gandalf said to Saruman in LOTR, and for me it's a great synthesis of the dangers of reductionism.
