Obviously it depends on the food that it would be applied to, but I just want to see what responses I get. I like black pepper.

i would say there are many for me. cardamon, cinnamon, pepper (both white and black) and mustard. these are the best spices which produces the best aroma in food.

I'd have to say garlic, although I do love cayenne pepper. I use garlic on more things than cayenne, though.

Cinammon from Ceylon. its the best cinammon in the world but its a little hard to find. You can use it on curries to desserts. you name it. Add a hint to your chocolate or coffee drink. yummm
