Table manners has to do with one culture and appropriate use of utensils. Different cultures have different standards for table manners. Some cultures find it impolite to put elbows on the table, since it carries the risk of tipping over the stuff kept on table, while some families might totally ignore putting elbow on the table. Eating with hand for some cultures is normal, while in some, its probably regarded as uncivilized, which is absurd. No matter what one's tables manners are, people shud respect eachother for what their manners are.

Try the opposite, and you'll soon find out. ( Try some drooling,spilling and spitting, maybe some farting..)
We have tablemaners so the food will stay down as much as possible, I think. Love and kisses (without food in the mouth).

Because it is disgusting to eat with people that do not. No one wants to see your food, hear you eat or listen to you talk with your mouth full.
