i was planning to go to Gold Coast (Movie World, Sea World and Dream World.. and play golf, as well) on the 1st of Feb - 9th of Feb 2008. is that a good time? (based on weather & climate, crowds for the theme parks etc)

if not, when is exactly the BEST time? which month? thanks!

In February it will be warm, wet and humid. It's the middle of the wet season. The average rainfall is 163mm on 15 days so it rains one day in two. Take an umbrella.

Hey that would be actually quite a good time because school goes back early feburary meaning the parks wont be crowded, it's still summer so the weather would be very good.
Consider staying at the hotel Q1
I stayed there last year it's awesome, i was on level 56.
Oh btw, there's a slogan for the queensland climate "Fine one day, even better the next" or something like that, trust me you'll be having alot of sun shine, maybe a couple of days of rain but i'm sure it wont be too bad.
Have Fun

it may be fairly inconvenient in case you have been to base your stay in the Gold Coast yet stay in Brisbane. that's approx one million.5 hours to the Gold Coast from Brisbane and commuting that on an standard basis with little ones isn't a stable theory. The themeparks are closer to the Gold Coast, some 30minpersistent. Why no longer only stay in the Gold Coast, it may fee you an identical besides and save on commuting.
