As Marine Biologist stated, they need to be separated immediately. Teddy bear hamsters are actually a type of Syrian hamster, which is an extremely solitary breed of hamster (they need to live on their own). When forced to live with another hamster, especially one from a different litter, they will fight and eventually kill/eat one another. You need to house them separately and never let them play together. Your hamsters really don't want a buddy to play with. They do best all alone, and having to share territory with another animal stresses them out and makes them susceptible to illnesses like Wet Tail. You can not tame them or train them to stop fighting. Its just instinct. They will fight until one is dead. :( Sorry!
