Whole milk always tastes better. It's the fat content that gives it the taste. The others taste a little like chalky water.

Soy Milk and plain yoghurt go best with any berries. But if you want, go with Whole! Who cares if it's 'fattening?'. Tastes better than the rest. Low-fat's ok as well.

whole is fattening and i will not recommend that to you. HLO contains 2% of fat per serving whereas Anlene just about 1%. as a matter of taste, HLO is better than Anlene. (dont bother so much about the 1% difference)

Do you have any cream? It makes an excellent accompaniment to strawberries, especially if you whip it. If not, I'd go with whole milk. It is richer than low fat varieties.

Yogurt would be much better with strawberries. Try the vanilla custard style from yoplait.
