There just seems to be a couple now that I have met. They think that George Bush sits in the Oval office and independently decides to destroy the USA and the rest of the world. If you are not a Bush - hater, then do you know a Christian who is one?

Definition of a Bush - hater:
Someone who is ready to accept any bad news about George Bush; current or former president of the USA, whether it seems reasonable or not. They have a terrible time reasoning things out about the news they get about George Bush, and will believe anything which is said about him which is negative, and gets angry if anyone wonders about what they believe about him.

Corrosion EAC,
You are wrong. I am not into politics this year. I didn't hear the speech, and if there is a 'Bush Cult' I am unaware of it.

Does everyone see what I mean? I can't even ask a question questioning their reasoning without getting attacked!

SWEET~ N~ SPICY,
No disrespect to other religions, but I hold the wisdom of Christians to a higher standard since they are supposed to be guided by God's Spirit. Bush-haters by definition don't mind bearing false witness. A Christian who is guided by God would feel a pang of conscience if doing that.

WordofFaith,
No. I do not 'love' him. What did I say to bring you to that assumption?

lb_centaur,
At least some of what you wrote is false. So you believe any bad stuff, true or not?

Well... my BF comes from Texas and hated Bush from his govenor days, and he's Christian. But his hatred is simply an "ongoing" thing, and really not tied to Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. But he IS willing to "accept" any bad news about Bush that supports his hatred, and dismiss anything positive that does not.

Let's just say, the topic of "Bush" is generally a CLOSED one in our household.

Have a blessed day.

What ever you think of Bush, thank God Almighty he has the guts and the sense to realize we are in a war for our very existence, and is doing something about it.

I'm not mad at Bush. I'm mad at the crumbs!

What a terrible record he leaves to history:

Estimates of 100,000 to 650,000 civilian deaths since 2003
Over 2,000,000 diaspora
Less stable electricity and water in Iraq
40 to 50% unemployment
Fired all the military...what a wonderful idea to fire people with guns and who are trained to kill
Life is pretty miserable in most of the country

Let us not hate anyone, for we all are brethren.
Yet let's be aware some brethren are ignorant.

GWB - America is a nation under law.
Bible - Ye are not under law, but under grace

GWB - There's WMDs in Iraq
Bible - The tongue is a WMD

GWB - I'll take my rule of law global in 4 yrs
Bible - Whether prophecies, they shall fail.

I am a christian, and while I don't hate Bush, I do disagree with a majority of his decisions regarding the war in Iraq/terror, etc.

We could have had all the terrorists behind bars before 9/11. Clinton and Bush both dropped the ball on that one.

i am a christian , i dont love george bush neither do i ahte him,, i think though he has made soo many foolish mistakes. i think also that in hismind he thinks he is right. . he is doing a good job in driving up the deficiet of the country and devaluating our currency if this is what he wanted to do. .
WE CANT BE DICTATORS to other countries and think what works her will work in other countries as well. in order to enjoy full freedom it takes an active will by the people to stand up and fight for justice,
if justice is considered to be whatever u think is right you are going to be exploited, hard to handle but true anyway,, think about it mj

Remember that scripture that says smething like "he that says he loveth god, and hateth his brother is a liar, for how can a man love god whom he hath not seen, and hate his brotther whom he hath seen." so based on that technically no, no true christian can be a bush hater...of course they can't hate clinton or anyone else either.

So I'm assuming you are a Bush lover? Did you know Bush belongs to a satanic fraternity? (Skull and Bones) Did you know Bush has given MILLIONS to Planned Parenthood, the nation's leading abortion clinic? Did you know Bush stole the election in 2000? Geez, do you believe EVERYTHING your government tells you?
