No. Because, for the most part, it really has nothing to do with who you are as a person.

Yep, sure, also a field stating whether you believe in Santa Claus...Now seriously, I think religion is something very personal and nobody has the right to interfere with your beliefs unless you let them. Besides what if there is such a field? What kind of information will that give you?At most it could only be a good source of prejudices towards that person while it means absolutely nothing about their personality. So what if it's written that you're Muslim or Christian? Keep in mind that 1.5 billion people in the world are Muslims and 2.1 billions are Christians. So can you say that billions of people are the same, because they share the same religion? I don't think so. That's why according to me this field is useless like the information it provides.

If u mean like on a military i.d. dog tag, it's so the person can be buried according to their religious preference they choose when they signed up for the service--i.e. to respect their personal wishes. Really, i think it's nobody's biz because the family would hopefully know their religious preference and follow thru with it at death.--the military-and many others--are too nozy anymore in all our personal aspects of life.

yes, it's important.. to a lot of folks..... to Catholics, as they'd like someone to know that the Last Rites were indicated if they'd been in a terrible accident...... to those who would refuse blood.... to others who might need body parts retrieved..... to others who might need burial within a day.... there's lots of reasons why it's a good thing.....

It's not going far enough! I think religious people should be micro-chipped like dogs and the more religious ones should not be allowed near airports, schools, libraries, clinics and definitely should not be allowed into politics.

In what state?

I live in Baptist-infested Mississippi and not even we have that on our IDs or Drivers Licenses.

Desiree, marry me please! (Even though I have a shady past and not much of a future.)
