Hi all! I drive 3 hours round trip to go to school 3 days a week. At first, I experienced neck discomfort just when I'm driving and I didn't care too much. But now my neck hurts! Like when I move my head in a certain direction, I can feel the pain around my neck and upper back area. I've been adjusting my seat for like half a year now and my seat does have lumbar support and head rest. What's going on?? I just wish my neck pain can go away.

It could have something to do with the amount of driving that you are doing going to and coming home from school but because of how long this has been going on for I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
