If you have some way to light this said cigarette why wouldnt u be using that to warm you directly or through a fire you can light in a instant with said lighting device. The whole point is to get warm and building a fire is the best way of doing that.

no, not enough heat, and not a long enough exposure time. And due to the lack of good oxygen your getting while smoking, it would probably make your problems worse, your body needs that good clean oxygen to try and keep yourself regulated. In cold weather, your body uses a LOT of energy to regulate your temperature, I can consume 3K caleries per day camping in January and still loose weight quickly due to how much your body takes up.

NO, unless you are not smoking it and only burning it to warm you hands, and even then it would only help for a very short time.

it might... nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, so it could help keep blood away from the skin and slow cooling
