Anything you get him will be appreciated, I'm speaking as a father now. He loves you so it doesn't matter, it can even be something you have made by hand which is even more cherished. Walmart has some nice warm slippers for $10.00 I know he would like those on cold mornings when he has to go out and get the paper.

Go to a sporting goods store. They usually have a bunch of inexpensive gifts around Christmas time.

A gift card to local outdoors store, but make a homemade card just for him and place the gift card inside. He will always enjoy the card you made forever. It will be the best gift he receives. Hope that helps.

$10 bucks isn't much for hunting gear, I would go with a gift certificate to cabellas, gander mountain, *****, or any other sporting goods store in your area, so he can use it as a discount when buying a larger item.

RIGHT HERE

all hunters like GLOVES. hunters usually are out in the winter ( i am ), and we always freeze our fingers off. get a nice pair of wool gloves ( should cost 10 bucks ), and cut out the pointer finger on the right hand above the first knuckle.

or just leave it alone and let him do it.

My friend bought his dad deer attractant online. Not sure how much that costs, but I thought it was a strange gift. They're both hunters, so take that for what it's worth!
