How do I get dead skin off of my hands?

go to the nail aisle at walmart and find the pedicure wands. they're made to remove deadskin and calluses from feet, but they'll work on your palms as well, they're pretty much non abraisive, so it should work pretty well.

Dead skin should fall off on its own? And rubbing with a good turkish towel should help I think. If not, better consult a skin specialist.

Rub your hands with salt, or you can porbably get a scrub at the body shop or something.

Wash your hands well, try a loofa or other exfoliating device or cream.
