What you have there is fairly close.
Word for word it is;
out (from) old friendship him become I never forgotten.
Now let's try to modernize it.
Because of our friendship (I know) I will never be forgotten.
From our friendship he never will forget me.
Free translation and even Google left much to be desired in the translation of this. I suspect the program only looks at words and does not assess phrases.

Richard's right, it's I'll never forget him, not he'll never forget me.
"Ihn" is the accusative (ok, maybe dative...but anyway an object...I think it's accusative) case for third-person-singular masculine (so, "him") and "ich" is the nominative (subject) case for first-person-singular (I).
You can mix the word order in German a bit differently than you can in English. Closest in English might be "him, I'll never forget".

A literal translation doesn't make good sense in English.
