Can I borrow your Non-Profit Tax ID Number?

Hello I am trying to do a fundraser For a New Group that Is called 300 Which means that we all together have to do 300 things for some kind of community service
The Thing is that We want to do a fund raser for our team to buy T shirts to all of us and We Wanted to sell krispy cream donuts But they ask u for some kind Of non-profit Tax id Number Which wwe have not
And I cant get one because I am not A legal resident on this country
Which sucks but I'd like you to help me and Please lend me borrow your number only for this once So we can Buy our t shirts

Uh, no, that would be illegal for you and for me, and could result in my tax exempt certificate being revoked.

Is there someone else in your group who is a citizen and could apply for an ID? But from the description of your group it's far from clear that the group would be eligible for tax exemption anyway.

I appreciate your patriotism, but isn't there any way you can find to get citizenship? I think borrowing someone's non-profit tax ID constitutes tax-fraud, I wouldn't chance it if I was you.
