I am a former chef and I am glad you asked this question. As a former chef, I have had and have prepared MANY meals. As a former chef, too, I have much better taste than the school cafeteria cooks who frequent this site. Therefore, I, a former chef, will tell you, not a former chef, what my favorite dinner is.

It is Beef Wellington with truffles and parsnips in Johnny Walker Blue label followed by saffron compote with absinthe ice cream. Nothing too fancy. I like simple things.

There you go. I, as a former chef, am, of course, happy to help you pull your self from your deep pit of culinary ignorance. It is the least I, a former chef, can do form my fellow non-former chef humankind.

Ah good Curry Crab, Dahl, (that's split peas cooked till it's really soft like soup) and steamed white Basmati Rice with a spicy mango chutney. To drink i would really prefer a cold beer but i could settle for a home made lemonade. Now that's sooome gooooodd eating :}

My most favorite dinner was the one my Great Grandmother used to make.

She had a special ingredient that was magical!
You could almost see the fairies dancing.

It was always the very best!

I really miss her........
