Having been having problems ever since i had change courses last semster in school and to make things worse my grandmother also had a heart attack during the period. My grades got badly affected because of this i went from a 3.6 gpa to a 2.6

But the shocking truth is that the way i felt then is the same way i am feeling now. Even though its been like 6 mths since this events. Only today do i realise that i may be having PTSD

Now i am afraid that this semster is going to be exactly same as the last but its already half way thru the sem and i don't really know what to do anymore

Where can i go to seek mental help in singapore

FROM YOUR INFO I WOULD ASSUME YOU ARE STILL A YOUNG PERSON IF NOT STILL A CHILD. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE BUT THE LONGER YOU WAIT TO GET THE HELP YOU NEED, THEN THE HARDER IT WILL BE. ONCE YOU GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER, IT IS A LOT EASIER TO BE FORGIVEN FOR HAVING A BAD YEAR THAN FOR A BAD DECADE.

HOPE SOMBODY FROM SINGAPORE CAN HELP YOU FIND A COUNSELOR.

I don't know where to go in Singapore, I am in the U.S. Don't you have mental health clinics there? Maybe your school has a counselor you can talk to about this.

hullo
there was nothing in your account that goes with PTSD,it could have been an adjustment disorder, in which one feels anxious and depressed towards unwanted change in life.
you can always start with the school nurse or psychologist.
