If he is, then why on Earth would everyone be born with a 'sin nature' into a 'fallen world'? Honestly, does that make sense?

Actually, it DOES make sense. The alternatives are

(1) NOBODY has any sin or any wrongdoings. EVERYBODY goes to the Kingdom of Heaven. Hmm. Then there wouldn't be ANY consequences for exercise of free will.

(2) EVERYBODY has sin and NOBODY goes to the Kingdom of Heaven. Hmm. That wouldn't be such a hot place to be.

(3) Everybody is tempted and has the exercise of free will. God provides the covenant of the New Testament for forgiveness of sin and salvation of the eternal soul thru His Son, Jesus. Everyone has the OPTION to go to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Oh, and asking "Can anyone prove that God is forgiving?" is exactly the same as asking "Can anyone prove that God exists?". If I could positively prove that to you, then I am in effect proving that God exists.

The old testament from the book of Exodus on gives ongoing examples.

Nobody is born perfect and without a morale compass built-in will sin on purpose or accident.

Fallen world?? Doesn't refer to Adam & Eve's fall from the Garden of Eden?

Wouldn't that require proving the existence of God first?
Otherwise, only a very, very few theists believe in "sin natures" to begin with.

yup!
he is forgiving bcz there's a lot of sin in this world and if he didn't forgive us then the whole world would be destroyed and aniways the more you suffer the less your sins become!
if you are reli sorry for what you did then god will surely forgive you!

that's exactly the reason i can't be a christian. nature continually renews itself thru death and regrowth. therefore, the concept of original sin is an abomination against nature because it implies a perpetual flaw. therefore, a forgiving god is superfluous and unecessary to the system. a superfluous element would waste energy and would not be regenerated. therefore, god is dead.

Not if God was actually living as all those people. Takes the whole wind out of cursing God.

People are still trying to even prove a god exists, and you're trying to figure out what such a thing is like!?

The fact that there is even a concept of a hell proves that this God of Abraham is certainly not forgiving...

Although, the fact that I constantly blaspheme and do not get struck by lightning or smited could prove... uh... something....? lol
