I know it comes down to what I think of it and that does play a big role in getting this but I was curious what others thought and honestly is appreciated.
On the side of my ribs I was thinking of this have a little orange medicine bottle you get from the doctor but have the lid popped open and have music notes flying out of it going upward. Reason for that is because I love music and have been into it since a very young age and it has just shaped who I am. So what do you think of that ?

The idea behind the design is that music has been their for me always and its brought me out of the bad times just like its my medicine

Ha hawk make me laugh ive had this design in my head for years now. Its just im finally turning 18 so Ill be able to get it.

I think that sounds really good, it's a very deep and well thought out design.
It does come down to what you think in the end and you've got to be realistic and realise that there will be others that won't like it. Don't worry about them though, you get a tattoo for yourself-not for others.

how big is it going to be? the idea is a good one and very unique but it doesn't sound like something that will be very big, i personally like only very large pieces on the ribcage because it is such a large canvas that can really have a great piece on it. i would chose a different location for a smaller tattoo but the idea itself is great.
it's refreshing to hear a young person wanting to get a good tattoo that has substance instead of wanting to get the exact tattoo as some actor or rapper or whatever. congratulations on being an individual.

It is a good idea and a bad idea
it is a good idea because:
-it shows who you are
-you like it
it is a bad idea because:
-the ribs is where it hurts the most
-people might think that the medicine bottle means you are addicted to somethin
-when you are older it will fade and stretch and also probaly loose the detail
But it is really your choice at the end good luck!!

Nice idea, but I dislike tattoos. Why not just create a t-shirt with that design on it and let the whole world see your attitude. Keep your bod pristine. Tats after a while look like merd. That shirt could be a good seller, and remember you got the idea from the hawk.

i love it i think its original. if music is always going to be something in your life i think youll always like it. i wanted angel wings on my back since i was 15 and then saw them on Nicole Richie in "the simple life". i loved the whole idea . I turned 18 in november and got angel wings on my back ill like them forever so if this means something significant to you i say go for it.
