Speak to a counsellor or to any adult with whom you feel comfortable. It's hard, of course, but so is dying. Believe me, I've witnessed the latter more than once, and it was grim.

When we're young so many things seem beyond our grasp or impossible. Map out what you want from life. As trite as that might appear, you have the potential to be better.

One advantage you have over many who post here is the ability to express how you feel in understandable language. Take advantage of that by keeping a journal. All you need is an ordinary loose-leaf notebook. Pour your frustrations and dark thoughts out on the pages. If you like, you can chuck what you don't want to keep.

As for panic attacks, if you have one, you'll know about it. And it won't hurt you. You just wait for it to pass. Which it will.

Take it easy!

You are not alone. You are not losing your mind. We all have difficult times and this sounds like one of yours right now.

A panic attack causes several symptoms and can grow worse with time. They are something you can control though, you need to look at if it is a rational thought or not. Usually they are not rational at all. For example; you are on a plane and begin to feel tightness in your chest, rapid breathing, sweating because your thoughts are that the plane will crash. Catch yourself immediately, take some slow deep breaths and begin to ask yourself if that is rational. Flying is actually the safest transportation, so it is not rational.

You can beat this, talk to a counselor for some tools to further help you deal with this. You can do this, I did.

no, sounds like you are suffering from isolation which is contributing to these feelings. Why not join a club to meet people? If you are thinking about suicide, I would reccomend seeing a therapist and talking with them.

omega 3's can help lift depression, excerise, and listening to some good music. I suffered from anxiety myself, went to meds and they didn't help me at all, just masked the problem.

whenever you do don't think suicide, it is one sin that there is not forgiveness for, you would not be around to ask God for it, even if you don't believe in God now, you need to think what if , there is haven and hell, it's already been hell here on earth for you, if you don't even have no one to talk too, do you really want to consider on option of spending your, eternity in hell on the other side, i am not lecturing you i am just trying to get you to buy your self a little time to think things thorough , you say you are along that is perfect time, to start talking to God or some people call it praying , but i prefer talking, once you start talk as much as you want, cry as much as you want, ask for help, and for support, ask for purpose in life, He love you , he died for you, He died for all your sins, He wants to give you new life, happy life, He is life, you will never be along, if you let God in your life, and once you do He will never abandon you, and once you do that go look for a good church, and don't stop looking until you find a place, where you'll hear that GOD LOVE YOU AS YOU ARE, and pastor that will tell you that you are not crazy, it is more complicated then that, it is a war between good and bad, it is the Satan that is trying to win one more person , for his future kingdom,, the hell,, panic attack do feel like you are loosing , but you are not crazy, seek help, it's says in the bible if you knock, the door will be entered for you, if you ask you will be given,, so start knocking as loud as you can , start asking as many time as you need, and remember one more thing in the bible it say 366 times,,, do not be afraid,,,, that means once for every day of the year , there is that verse, so now with this knowledge along,, do not be scared and once God is in your life you are never alone..GOD BLESS YOU...

Hey man you can always talk to me if you feel lonely :D

Go out smell fresh air, go to a bar and meet new people. Go workout and lift your spirit. It's only the lack of socializing and physical activity that make you depressed my friend.

peace

Do you have health insurance? You need to find a Psychologist in your network and talk to them. Maybe go on some meds along with therapy. Seriously...this is depression.

no one to talk to? i agree with the others, go socialize. fix yourself up and just do it. please dont be selfish and commit suicide, obviously someone cares cause so many people responded to this. God is always here. i dont know if your religious but what about going to church or joining a bible group. or if your a teenager a youth group. you'll meet people and find friends. suicide isnt an answer its a selfish thing to do. someone cares, you just have to get up and find them because they are there. listen to music. my advice listen to this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fB5zlrXdhB8

God is always there for you. I don't care if this cite doesn't allow spiritual answers. He is there with you through all of your troubles. During good times, there are 2 sets of footsteps in the sand. During bad times there are only 1. Why? Because, He says, "where there are only my footsteps is when I carried you" says the Lord.
