Whoever thinks that they should be educated here instead of their native country should pay for it....As I already pay enough for the child citizens that deserve a much better public education than they currently receive.

Its not right, from a tax payer & parent's perspective (I am both). Although, a part of me does feel sorry for the kids who have no say in the decisions that thier parents have made. Since our government seems to feel that deportation is not important, then I guess the least we can do is make sure that the kids are educated. They'll be better adults, than if they're growing up without any education at all. My softness on this only extends as far as K-12. Beyond that, no, in no way should the U.S. provide scholarships, admissions, grants, funding, or incentives of any kind to higher education. Once that child turns 18, they can take the issue up with their parents, and travel back to their home country for that education. They are adults at that point, and become responsible for themselves.

They should be allowed to attend up to highschool in the public school system because it is better to educate them at the critical and appropriate age, especially if their parents are tied up in court system. This should apply to underage (under 18) people only.
For higher education such as getting federal loan and grant and be eligible for scholarship? Definitely not. American have to pay their way through college and there is no such thing as a right to attend college for illegals. If so, they would have more rights than American law-abiding citizens.
The government provides some assistance, if illegals are allowed such resources, then we should extend it to international students too. But they should pay their way through and neither group should get any help.
If they can't pay for college, work and save up.

Attend school, yes. We have enough stupid people in this country. They should be held at a reasonable standard, rather than having to lower our standards so we won't make them look stupid. I watched a school district meeting, and Hispanics keep coming to the meeting and complaining in Spanish, that we are making them look stupid. Frankly I blame the parents, since they should at least attempt to give their kids a good example and learn English.

particular, mexico could desire to be extra worried approximately their very own unlawful extraterrestrial beings rather of lecturing the u . s . approximately our regulations being enforced. in factor of actuality that Mexican drug retailers are much extra deadly than al-Qaida. they have extra firepower and extra money and are only as prepared to kill civilians as are the homicidal jihadists. yet, we individuals recognize little appropriate to the chaotic concern south of the border. the clarification is that the drug cartels do no longer look to threaten us promptly. yet, of path, they do. unlawful narcotics from Mexico land up in only about each and every community in the USA. The FBI estimates that approximately 70 p.c. of crimes from coast to coast are drug-fueled. he present day atrocity in the Mexican drug conflict became into the invention of seventy two bodies on a ranch one hundred miles south of Texas. The lifeless -- fifty 8 men and 14 women human beings -- have been migrants from South and significant united statesa.. The lone survivor of the bloodbath says that cartel gunmen shot the unarmed persons by means of fact they resisted an extortion attempt. The reliably anti-American massive apple situations in part blamed the mass killings on the u . s .: "Mexico's drug cartels are nourished from outdoors, by using American money, heavy weapons and dependancy; the northward pull of immigrants is fueled by using our call for for low-salary labor." I had to study that editorial thrice to have faith it. right here we've the situations, which opposes putting the national look after on the border, the troublesome anti-alien regulation in Arizona and maximum different measures that could shelter the border, complaining appropriate to the unlawful gun and drug site visitors. are you able to suspect this? hello, if the USA could deliver 10000 national Guardspeople to help the border patrol, drugs and weapons does no longer have the skill to flow the border so easily. Comprende? This u . s . has the potential to renounce the smuggling of human beings and medicines around the southern border. we could do this. yet, for political motives, we don't. meanwhile, the drug cartels kill at will and create terror on a scale no longer considered everywhere else in the worldwide immediately. o_O

I think yes.
We have no right to deny a kid's education because their parents brought them here. Ask yourself, do you think everyone has a right to an education?
Also the only way to become a citizen is to take the citizenship test so educating undocumented kids could actually lead to them being able to take and pass the test, thus becoming an American citizen.

Children of illegals do attend public school, but their parents are not paying for it as are American citizens. Therefore these parents need to be accessed by the local schools. In other words they need to be making a monthly payment to the school unless they can prove they are paying taxes.
