He does not have a job he dont give me money for her and when he comes 2 get her he always starts a fight with me on who im out with or where i go the other day he came here cursing me out n hit me so i through him out my mothers house he came back bangin on my door n ringin my bell what should i do with him i want to go to court for full custody child support and an order of protection what are my chances of getting it? oh yea he is not a citizen yet either and he is always threatening me saying he is gonna take her from me and go to dominican republic what should i do pleaseeee help meee

Do not let this guy in your house anymore - don't answer the door - just call the police if he shows up. He will have to go to court to file for custody, etc... which I doubt he will do.

There are many things you can do. You can turn him in for being not of this country or you can file a protection order at the nearest court house and feel it out there. Turn it in and get your coppy so that if he does anything you call the cops and show them the restraining order. Also if you can keep copies of all proof and paperwork. Any witnesses and any other proof will always help. And if you get proof then after a while you can fight for full custady and he wont be able to touch you or his kid ever. Show him who's boss.

1) Report him to the police.
2) Get the report and find a lawyer.
3) File for a restraining order to keep him at a distance.
4) don't ask for support or else he will use it to get near you and your daughter.
5) Have him deported.

Get an Attorney, You should have no problem getting custody. Now, MOST important, get your child/children a Passport !!! Only ONE parent can have one and if YOU have it, and keep it in a safety deposit box at the bank you will have peace of mind that he can't leave the country with her!!! Good Luck !!! Go to the post office and apply for a passport for her ASAP !!!!!!!!!

You need to do something NOW to protect yourself and your child. Get a protective order, talk to social services and call a lawyer ASAP, like yesterday. You should be on the phone not on the computer ,girl. Do not let him take your child again.
Once he leaves the country with her , do you have any idea of how hard it is to get the baby back????????????????

Why are you putting your daughter in danger by giving her to this maniac? Get a lawyer, you shouldn't have any trouble getting custody and a protection order.

Call the police! If not you he may be able to take the kids. Press charges on him. Make a police report.
