1) Don't go around telling people that your wife banged your neighbor just so they can stone her since she's been pissing you off.

2)Don't have a man crush on your neighbor due to the fact that he's super cool, and has cool ****, and you don't

3) Don't go around having fantasies about your neighbors wife even if she's washing the car with that white tee, and super short shorts.

You could say that "bear[ing] false witness" means not to tell lies, neither to nor about your neighbor.

"Thou shalt not covet" means it's okay to admire what someone else has, or even to try and find something just as good as what he has, for yourself. The problem arises when you want something so bad you're thinking of ways to steal it for yourself or even worse. The Book of Joshua has a classic example of "do not covet". It's found in chapter 7, where Achan took some things he shouldn't have. I won't spoil the rest of the story, but it shows that God means business.

To whom were these commandments given? To a stiff-necked, rebellious, carnal people, who were prone to commit these transgressions.

Have you not read what Paul said; that the law is not for the righteous but for the evil doers?

I added the please part. But don't be confused, its not a request, its a command and you would be wise to obey them all.
