There is a girl following me around, who has Fetal Alcohhol Syndrome, and she is stalking me, calling me, watching me! I told her i wasn't interested but she just won't stop! how do i get something like this to stop!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

First of all, who exactly is her "keeper?" She's not an animal at the zoo for crying out loud. She's handicapped and she obviously has social boundaries issues. But there are people who should be helping her with that.
Is this happening at school? If so, talk to a school counselor about it if her instructors aren't doing anything about it. If it is outside of school, try speaking to her guardians. Let them know that she phoning you and following you and it is making you uncomfortable. It's also not safe for her if she is following you and others don't know where she is.
Whatever you do, you might try having some compassion for someone who obviously has been dealt a pretty crappy hand in life. Whether she's pretty or not has nothing to do with it. Try to remember that unwanted attention by an unattractive handicapped person is not a negative reflection on you. But how you react to it is. What kind of person will you be in this situation? Try to treat her as patiently and kindly as you can.

Not sure what you mean by a "keeper", or what the situation is...are you in school for example?? If you are in school file a complaint in writing with specific information such as times and locations of occurrences.
If you are not in school, I don't understand how she got a phone number, or manages to follow you, but stalking and harassment are against the law in many states. Talk to the local police about your options.

I know, I know, I know!!! Do I get the prize??? "Look, love. I must be honest with you. My past caught up with me. So I am fully inept/impotent and tests are showing a disease that may or may not be treated. So, now you know. They want more tests and do you really want to test me. I still think I'm ok ..... scratch, sniff, scratch lots more; shake a leg. Smile, groan, just wait and see.
Advice: never write that down or say it in front of others; have a private meeting. Yes, she will spread the word and many concerned women will seek to help you ... DFS

Block her number from calling you and or make a police report about the stalking. Ask for a restraining order if you feel she might do bodily harm.

Can you get a restraning order? That would be kinda scary. Remember that it is her keeper that sould be caring for her therefor the order might make the care taker wake up and do her job of caring for this person that is unable to care for herself. I think that everyone here needs to remember what fetal alcohol syndrome is and be respectful of the disabillity.

File a report with the Police Department for stalking and then file a restraining order against her, or get her an "Extreme Makeover" pass to be on that show.
