will windows vista allow me to setup an alarm clock?

Question

maybe setup multiple alarms?

I need to wake up every couple of hours to take medication over the next few days and thought it may be easier just to do that through the laptop rather than messing up m alarm clock from its normal settings.
any program or advice is welcome and appreciated.

I don't know of a feature like this, but try searching internet alarm clocks on Google. I use the ones below.
