By not celebrating. If He had wanted us to celebrate it, He would have made it clear in the Bible WHEN it was. He didn't, therefore He didn't intend for us to celebrate it.

To stay pagan free during the Christmas season
avoid the following:
Decorations * a tree inside the house * candles lit all night (or lights) * exchanging gifts * mistletoe * toasting each other * feasting * gathering family together * burning a Yule log * celebrating a savior's birthday on the 25th
all of those things are pagan.

The way in which you live your life - integrity and character. What have you done for someone else lately, other than yourself? What you do for others and why? If at all. Right reason, right heart, right motive. That means more to Jesus than lights at Christmas time.

1) Buy no (meaningless) presents before Christmas.
2) Give away all the presents that you receive to people less fortunate than you.
3) Brighten someone else's day, especially if that person normally has a gloomy Christmas.
4) Spend time with your family and friends and, when you are with them, cherish and be thankful for that time you have together.
5) Be positive and affectionate; smile, laugh, sing, and dance!

Is there a right way? The Bible doesn't specify how WE celebrate Christ's birth, just that wise men did celebrate it by bringing gifts.

WHY would you want to celebrate a mortal man's birthday?? ---> you are not going to gain anything out of it. it's simply rediculous. instead, devote your time to pray to GOD himself, doing so you will gain something more valuable than anything ur'll ever have: a stronger faith, God's mercy and mercifull hereafter. don't waste ur time with "celebrating Jesus' birthday", its blasphamous. Your INSULTING God Almightly by claiming he has a son, ur basically lowering God to the level of humans. God is God, never disrespect him by lowering (God forgive me for saying this) his "physicality" to his OWN creation.

First, you would to know what day it occurs on, wouldn't you? No, maybe not, since Christians don't really care about such details.
