Good and Evil has always existed, What do you Christians think of this?

Alright. When Adam and Eve ate from the tree, they basically chose to do evil or to do good. The serpent said you would be like God, knowing good and evil. So who do you think created Evil?????

Another thing, why do people expect everyone to be good? People are naturally evil. I don't care what ya say.

You don't have to teach a toddler to do bad things. They do that on their own. Parents have to teach their kids how to do good!

Good and evil never existed.
Just some human creations made for the control of the followers.

Isaiah 45:7 'I create peace and make evil. I, the Lord, do all these things'
I believe every person has good and bad in them. yin/yang Whether that person ends up good or bad depends on how they react to a given situation. I do not believe creation happened by an individual, especially a male one. Don't get me wrong. I'm very aware that the feminine can't produce life on it's own but 'things' get done by groups and cooperation.

Iniquity or evil was found in satan when he rebelled again st God. You can just read the newspaper and see what happens when people aren't good. I think some 19 year old just shot a bunch of people in an Omaha Mall today infact.
It sure wasn'y good that caused him to do it. Thats why we expect (I would rather say want) people to be good. Otherwise everybody would be dropping like flies.

I am in agreement with you sister on this one. None of us have to be taught evil. But I don't think that God created it. He just allowed for it when he gave us free will. Evil is actually just the absence of good, like darkness is the absence of light. God is good and God is light. There is no darkness in him. When we choose evil, we let God's light be absent from our decision.

I agree you don't have to teach a child to do evil, this is evidence of our sinful nature. However, evil isn't a thing in itself, but a corruption of good. For instance, greed is evil, but a desire for money isn't. Revenge is evil, a desire for justice isn't. Evil is a corruption of good or an attempt to achieve a good result through corrupt means.

The Devil created evil that was his choice God made all his angels and people to have their own free will the devil pick to be evil and sin and cause others to sin by tricking them in to sin also. and to hurt God's people to get back at God.

You just said that evil has always existed. Lucifer was one of the arch angels and when he wanted as much power as God, he was cast out of Heaven and into Hell.

People, however, are not evil. We are misguided. And if we have faith in God, he will help us in our lives.

I understand that you believe that all people are evil, but I don not go out and kill people and eat them like Dahmer did. Dahmer was evil and very few people are like him.
