LOL, and where pray tell is this class. I think I wanna go! The missionary position is a sexual position with the guy on top. Pretty much plain old sex. I don't know how old you are but you fell for an old trick. If you need a step by step just pick up a skin flick at your local porn store. I hope it is really not your pastor that has asked you this. If it is you have a great law suit on your hands.

This is a loaded question because a "missionary position" can be interpreted two ways.
"Missionary position" can be a term used in religion relating to the works of a missionary spreading their faith and belief in God.
It can also relate to a common sexual position that has nothing to do with religion except for that which is experienced between a married man and woman in love.

There are a couple of meanings to that...
You don't seem to be beyond high school age, so...
I would say the "missionary postion" that your looking for for your paper would be where a missionary is, or wants to go for his or her mission to spread the good news of God's salvation and help others who cannot help themselves. It may also refer to what the specific duties that a missionary does in the region where they are.

If this is for school, then it is totally inappropriate. Don't do the paper, and just tell your teacher's that your parents don't fine it appropriate.
But for you to know, since I guess you would be mature enough. It is a position for sexual intercourse. Where the woman lies on her back, and the man is on top of her.

The "Christian" Missionary position is that Jesus Christ is the One and Only Son of the Living God, who came to earth to shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of our sin. Jesus died for us all, that all who believe may confess Christ as Savior and be saved. He lives to die no more!! "Because He lives...I can face tomorrow; because He lives, all fear is gone...because I know, He holds the future...and life is worth the living, just because He lives!!" Many missionary's positions consist of the belief that their superstitions are better than everyone else's so they have to go all over the place and make everyone they encounter just like them.

boy marries girl

Lets see here. I just did that one myself last night. Let me try to remember the steps.
1) Fight with ex boyfriend, throw stuff, scream, curse, etc.
2)He tries to calm me with his smooth, deep voice
3)I stomp out of the room
4)He follows
5)What do you know, we are in the bedroom now
6)I crawl under the covers, ignoring him
7)He starts caressing my back
8) I pull away
9) He starts nibbling on my ear
10)My resistance is weakened
