You'll Love this one! It's very healthy and it tasted like orange julius!

Servings: 3

1 cup of Minute Maid Concentrate OJ
3/4 cups of 1% Milk
1 Tsp of vanilla
1 Tsp of granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups of ice

Blend it for 25 seconds and serve as a delicious beverage at parties!

It may sound weird with OJ and Milk but it's really delicious

At the Los Angeles Hilton, in 1980, they had as an option for breakfast this shake, apparently created by Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner: It uses plain yoghurt, not milk, but it is very tasty.

1 cup plain sugar free yoghurt
1 cup Dole pinneaple juice
1 peeled banana
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon wheatgerm

place everything on a blender until smooth.

Enjoy

Yummy, healthy and milkshake don't go together at all. Even if you just use healthy ingredients, you'll end up with a ton of calories. If you really want a milkshake, just have one and forget about the healthy part. As long as you don't have one very often, you won't gain weight.

I love milkshakes, I just need to find a good place to buy them. If you don't mind indulge a little and buy one at McDonald's a small is like $2

Edit: But go here for a recipe http://www.self.com/health/recipes/2004/09/230140

IDK why these people are talking about smoothies, we want milkshakes lol

Either a scoop of low fat ice cream or yogert ice cream, added to a cup of low fat milk. A dash of vanilla, a ripe banana, a scoop of high protein powder or a serving of multivitamin power. If you like an orange, no skin and a tablespoon of honey. Blend..
Voila!

Google smoothie recipes. All you need is OJ, a fruit, and I think some ice or something to prepare a good healthy smoothie.

I found a website with smoothie recipes:

A friend of mine actually made a spinach milkshake. Some lowfat ice cream, a few spinach leaves and you're ready to go! It really tasted great.

MIlkshakes are fattening, unless you're talking about a smoothie. because milkshakes are made out of milk/ice cream, and dairy products have fat in them by nature.

If you think about it, milk has almost the same amount calories as a can of soda.

Use non-fat milk and mix with lotsa blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. It's healthy and delicious.

Ratios:For whatever amount of milk added, put in 1/3(of milk amount) of fruit mixture.

The type of milk doesn't really matter, but I personally like to use non-fat.

Just cuz it's healthier(less fat).

Note: Less fat doesn't neccessarily mean healthy, because it all depends on your diet
