I would say a short prayer for the poor Mexicans that have to pluck the feathers off those chicken wings--it's really hard work. When you're done, you can pick them off yourself, and proceed with your recipe.

Even the brand name chicken has feathers in it sometimes. It won't hurt anything. Run the piece under cold water for a minute to defrost a little and pluck it out.

Take feathers off & make sure you cook the chicken wings well-done, next time do not buy that brand again.
