you should have just been honest to begin with. you know ppl would be disappointed, but is it better then spending this money and living a lie, all it is doing is causing stress. is it worth it? ppl will be mad, and so on, but life goes on, and people get over things. this is your life, not theres. you need to be happy in the career and school you choose, your the one who has to deal with it, so stand up and be strong and lett'um know the truth.

Hi friend,
On the 1st place, you should have voiced out about what you really feel to your parents even before you went there. You should had told them you "don't want to go there", because had they refused, and you end up doing what you did, you can point it out to them that "hey, I never wanted to do this all along!". But you kept quiet, allowing them to think that "it's ok", then bambam!! That's always the problem with us. We are afraid to tell the truth, afraid that they might get angry, afraid that they might get disappointed. So we forge ahead, while our insides fester with hidden frustrations, bitterness and anger. As a result, because of our hidden anger, we almost always end up doing things we will regret later Going back to you, what you did in normal circumstances was "wrong" but you just might have been given a 2nd chance to "tell your parents what you really feel". But before you go to that part, I think they deserved an "apology" 1st. After all they paid for your tuition and they may not be aware about your displeasure. Have a heart to heart talk with them. Then you give them your "explanation". Don't try to win the arguement, just give them your side then walk away. Believe me, their listening will only happen when they are lying in bed at night. That's when all your words begin to sink in. That's why it's very important not to raise your voice and try to win the arguement. Just get your point across. What you did ain't right, but it's not that worst yet. It's not like you've murdered or robbed. Hey, things might turned out for the best yet.

Wow, you have your ENTIRE LIFE to party - college is only 4 years long - you should have paid attention in school. You'll regret this when you are flipping burgers and your college buddies own their own comfortable homes with swimming pools in the suburbs.

Grow up. Quit wasting your parents money, or those grants and scholorships you got, and go home. Get a job and stop acting like a baby.

I suggest you tell your folks that you have wasted everyone's time and you will be paying them back. Shame on you.

Get a job. Go back to school when you figure out what you want to do, or not.

Suck it up and deal with it. Your parents didn't send you to college to party and act like a damn fool.
