so wat..??:D:D:D....actually...i've been in that situation b4....and im so jealous to death!!!and wat i did is...nothing at all.....i mean...i change my attitude towards her...i became more of a clown to her(i always make her laugh:D)and became more of a friend to her......i asked her phone # then started to call her...then i started to become closer to her....and it ended in a nice way actually..... but we need to go our separate ways tho....dats da sad part about it..hehe

If I understand your question correctly, then I suspect that she my only like you as a friend. You might want to ask her where do you stand with her. What's up with the other guy? Do I have competition? If you feel that way for her, then you really need to know the answers to those questions. Otherwise if she only likes you as a friend, then you need to move on and not waste any more time on her.
