One of six Christian ministries under investigation by a Senate committee is rebuffing inquiries into its spending. These big churches have private planes with ministers living in monstrous mansions and not paying income tax.

I AM a Child of GOD Almighty through Jesus Christ, Risen from the Dead.

When I Read the New Testament, I Find Out that Jesus Christ, Risen from the Dead---PAID HIS (GOD Almighty) Taxes.
Jesus sent Peter "Fishing" to Pay HIS Taxes!
(Not to Offend Now! ;)

My Statement:
Jesus NEVER did ANYTHING WRONG.

Should HIS Ministers do ANYTHING Wrong---Either???

Seperation of Church and State is IMPOSSIBLE.

All Must be ONE, in the Conclusion of the Matter.

I don't understand why it is okay for sinners/moviestars in Hollywood to misspend their money on themselves, but a Christian cannot live a nice life. God can handle His people and if they are not using the money correctly, He will take care of it. There are alot of good Christians on TV and I don't think there is anything wrong with investigating them, but not all of them are selfish.

Probably that not all of the money collected is going to what they say it is.... The same thing that happened at Oral Roberts University is probably going on in the mega-tele-minestries.....

I don't care if they do not pay tax as long as they have the same transparancy of records that smaller religious organizations are required to have

Whether what you are saying is true or not...doesn't really matter.

Jesus teaches us you will know a tree by it's fruit. If the fruit is good, it is of God. If the fruit is rotten...guess what? It's not from God.

We are all going to be held accountable for what we do with our time on this earth.

Peace and grace is for all!

Dishinesty among the evangelical churches. Who would have imagined it?
