If I sumtimes lock eyes with him does that mean he likes me? If you think he does what shood i do? tell him or wait 4 him to say sumthing. Also I kinda think he MIGHT have a GF.?

Stop the "IF" and be more practical.You have the English language and that must be used with this person. So, talk to him and see what he has for you.Just do it. Think about it and you will see that I'm right.
