ok i havent seen my dad since may of 2006 and i miss him really bad hes still alive but i cant see him and i dont no when i can. i getting...no i am really depressed over it but im trying to be strong for the rest of my family i live with my grandparents and they are depressed about it to and i dont wanna make it worse for them.. what can i do to make myself feel better??

I am so sorry for your lose. My heart breaks for you. I had a wonderful father who passed away recently and we had a wonderful relationship so my heart goes out to you that don't have that privilege.
I can tell you we never know what tomorrow holds so don't give up the faith that someday you will see your Dad again and get to spend some time with him.
Keep a journal of things you want to say to him tell him what happened in your day could be silly things or serious things whatever you choose it will give you a connection to him. Try and focus on other things school work or sports hanging out with our friends. Get involved in your Church join the choir get busy that will help a lot.
I will be praying for a speedy reconciliation between you and your Dad I know how much I loved mine ;-)

only make verbal exchange. communicate approximately track, movies, television shows, paintings, nutrition, information, activities something you are able to think of of. And problematic on what ever it is your talking approximately. Say you communicate approximately ingesting a Burger say you like mustard cheese and pickels. Then take pickles out of the communicate and make it a topic count ask the guy if a pickels are a fruit or a vegetable. save doin this with each thing you communicate approximately. Dont ignore to flirt and compliment. you will get alot of guy acquaintances this way. shaggy dog tale around aswell.

You should have told us WHY you can't see him, and how old you are. I think we could probably help you better if we knew the circumstances. Are you a minor under your grandparents care? Is your father in prison? You left too much to our imaginations.

Well maybe you can call him, or maybe email him...or something of that matter. That way you can keep in touch with him and still have a relationship and then maybe you can schedule a time him and you to meet up and maybe have lunch together, or just spend the day together.
