how to you make a spiritual bracelet so that it protects you from harm?

im very interested in the spiritual world, i wear like 3 bracelets and i just wanted a somewhat spiritual one that protects you or something like that, also because there's too much going on at school and sometimes i just feel insecure...... so please people, if any of yall is interested in stuff like that like me and know or have some "spiritual bracelets", please answer me!

The truth is that there is no such thing as a "magical bracelet" that will protect you from harm. Charms and amulets aren't how God protects you from evil. He does that through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the presence of His Holy angels.

What you could do is to get a link bracelet and add a medal of a favorite saint or a guardian angel. Then whenever you see the bracelet, let it remind you to say a prayer for God's guidance and protection. The bracelet won't protect you, but remembering that God loves you and is in control of all things will help you feel calmer and more secure.

Well there is the kabbalah bracelet, it is supposed to protect you from the "evil eye"

If your Catholic you can get a sacramental such as a medal and attach it to a bracelet. Sacramentals can be very useful in times and can be used for protection, BUT they aren't magical items or any of the such. You must be faithful if you seek protection. Sacramentals do not work on the item, but on the faith of the person who uses them. If you have no faith then a sacramental will do nothing. If you have faith however and use/wear them with faith, then the sacramental will have an effect. But once again I reiterate, they are not magical items. Just items through which we can easily channel our faith, much like sacraments(Baptism, Communion, etc.)
