oh! of course no!!!
in these verses Allah (swt) talks to His prophet (PBUH) about Kaffirs' (infidels) gods. there were 3 major gods worshipped in Mecca before islam. their statues were even in front of Ka'ba. these r Lat., 'Uzza, Manat. (All destroyed afterwards).
Kaffirs before islam used to kill girls & save boys coz they thought girls bring shame & poverty (they don't work; so they r only consumers!!!) to their families. while boys continue the family name & share in wars & earning the living.
they killed girls alive by burying them while still babies!!!
islam discouraged this COMPLETELY. so in this verse Allah (swt) asks they preserve boys for themselves while kill girls & send them to Him!!!! another verse with similar meaning:
"And they assign daughters unto Allah! Glorified (and Exalted) be He above all that they associate with Him! . And unto themselves what they desire; And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonour or bury her in the earth? Certainly, evil is their decision. " (16: 57, 58, 59)
another explanation is that they called angels in female names (i think christians do the same; such as Gabrielle: name of a female!!! which is NOT true, as angels don't marry. they r neither male nor female). this is clarified in this verse:
"Now ask them (o Muhammad SAW): "Are there (only) daughters for your Lord and sons for them?" Or did We create the angels females while they were witnesses? " (37: 149, 150)

First of all why you refer to the verse in a wrong context the verse N 18 is end of the story from the beginning of the Surah about prophet's Mohammed (PBUH) journey to heaven it describes how he saw God's sign: 53-018:
"For truly did he see, of the Signs of his Lord, the Greatest! "
Then God is questioning the idolaters of arabia:
Quran:053.019-25 :
"Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
And another, the third (goddess), Manat?
What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?
Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair!
These are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!
Nay, shall man have (just) anything he hankers after?
But it is to Allah that the End and the Beginning (of all things) belong. "

So these were names of the idols worshiped by pagans as female goddess, Arabs then used to bury their baby daughters alive they preferred males that's why God is questioning them how they want for themselves the boys and give for God the girls, he tells them how wrong is what they believe in names they made themselves and moreover how wrong are they to give for God what is low in their sight.

You guys have no New materials, in order to find mistake or contradictions in the Quran, this verse have already been clarify by the Muslim to people like you, whom you think that this verses is a contradictions but it is actually not, and you people just like to bring this up again to claim a Quran contradictions.
Why don't you try to bring New things to contradict , We Muslim can verify the contradictions. The problem here is that whether YOU want to accept it or not with our explanation

To Jhun,
You think this type of question, we Muslim can't answer? sorry bro , this is nothing to us cause we undestand the Quran and don't twist it like you. go on try to come up with a new thing about Quran, if you are happy with your religion why you want to come and shoot down other religion?, you wanna to why? cause you are 'nt satisfy with your religion you praticing now and try to mock Islam to make your religion looks better. Is this what your religion taught You?

Now below is the explanation, next time read the whole chapter.

53. An-Najm : The Stars
Verse(53-19 to 53-29)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

53:19
Have you then considered Al-Lat, and Al-'Uzza (two idols of the pagan Arabs)
53:20
And Manat (another idol of the pagan Arabs), the other third?
53:21
Is it for you the males and for Him the females?
53:22
That indeed is a division most unfair!
53:23
They are but names which you have named, you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. They follow but a guess and that which they themselves desire, whereas there has surely come to them the Guidance from their Lord!
53:24
Or shall man have what he wishes?
53:25
But to Allah belongs the last (Hereafter) and the first (the world).
53:26
And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and pleases.
53:27
Verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter, name the angels with female names.
53:28
While they have no knowledge thereof. They follow but a guess, and verily, guess is no substitute for the truth.
53:29
Therefore withdraw (O Muhammad SAW) from him who turns away from Our Reminder (this Qur'an) and desires nothing but the life of this world.

If you still not understand just by the verses above, below is the explanation.

The theme of the discourse is to warn the disbelievers of Makkah about the error of the attitude that they had adopted towards the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The discourse starts in a way as if to say: "Muhammad is neither deluded nor gone astray, as you are telling others in your propaganda against him, nor has he fabricated this teaching of Islam and its
message, as you seem to think he has. In fact, whatever he is presenting is nothing but Revelation which is sent down to him. The verities that he presents before you, are not the product of his own surmise and speculation but realities of which he himself is an eye witness. He has himself seen the Angel through whom this knowledge is conveyed to him. He has been directly made to observe the great Signs of his Lord: whatever he says is not what he has himself thought out but what he has seen with his own eyes. Therefore, your disputing and wrangling with him is just like the disputing and wrangling of a blind man with a man of sight over a thing which the blind man cannot see but he can see."

After this, three things have been presented in their successive order: First, the listeners have beenmade to understand that: "The religion that you are following is based on mere conjecture and invented ideas. You have set up a few goddesses like Lat and Manat and Uzza as your deities, whereas they have no share whatever in divinity. You regard the angels as the daughters of Allah, whereas you regard a daughter as disgraceful for your own selves. You think that these deities of yours can influence Allah in your favour, whereas the fact is that all the angels together, who are stationed closest to Allah, cannot influence Him even in their own favour. None of such beliefs that you have adopted, is based on knowledge and reason, but are wishes and desires for the sake of which you have taken some whims as realities. This is a grave error. The right and true religion is that which is in conformity to the reality, and the reality is never subject to the people's wishes and desires so that whatever they may regard as a reality and truth should become the reality and truth. Speculation and conjecture cannot help to determine as to what is according to the truth and what is not; it is knowledge. When that knowledge is presented before you, you turn away from it, and brand the one who tells you the truth as misguided. The actual cause of your being involved in this error is that you are heedless of the Hereafter. Only this world is your goal. Therefore, you have neither any desire for the knowledge of reality, nor do you bother to see whether the beliefs you hold are according to the truth or not.

Lat, Uzza and Manat were the idols worshipped by the idolators before the advent of Islam. They were sisters.

They were not the daughters of Allah. Allah has no offspring and He does not required any children to help Him carry out His work. Please refer to Surah Al-Ikhlas.
