i tend to be a worry wart as well, and seeing as this is the skin conditions forum...worrying causes my exzema to flare up...which makes me worry more cause it's aggravating...and its a never ending cycle...

Certainly I do. I am always a little apprehensive. I wish there was a way to turn that off, but it is just part of my character.
