CA 19-9 is a blood test used to check for pancreatic cancer. FNAC is fine needle aspiration cytology - a biopsy to get cells for analysis.

234.6 is a very high reading (normal is around 37). Apparently the fine needle aspiration did not get a good enough sample. The CT was probably used to localize the site where they wanted to take the biopsy from. It is not too unusual for fine needle samples to have to be repeated.

IMO this warrants close followup and discussion of treatment to follow.

Addendum: I could not find either a CPT code or ICD-9 code matching this. My original assumption was that the number 234.6 was the result of the CA 19-9, was that correct?

There is a tumour marker called CA19-9

If this is what you are asking about, then the level of 234.6 is a raised level and the fine needle aspiration cytology report says the sample was insufficient - it would be a good idea for a repeat CT scan and fine needle aspiration.
