1 hp=476 watts so it produces 2,189,600 watts of power
Volts x Amps = watts, so it's pulling 2,732,400 watts

Rated load is the same as rated output, so you only need to convert hp to MW.
4600 hp * 746 W/hp * 1e-6 W/MW = 3.4316 MW

Input power (W) is based on rated (line-line) voltage, rated current, and rated power factor.
P_input = sqrt(3) * 3300 V * 828 A * 0.95 = 4.496 MW

This means the efficiency at rated load is 3.4316/4.496 = 0.76326

This efficiency is much lower than typically found in modern motors of this size. A more typical full load efficiency is >0.9.

1 Hp = 746 watts
4600 X 746 = 3,431,600W output

Input W = V x A x sq. root 3 x pf
3300 x 828 x 1.732 x 0.95 = 4,496,023W

eff = 3431600 / 4496023 = 0.76

76% efficiency is unbelievably low

to calculate the breaker requirement : assume utilized voltage is 380, pf 0.8, eff=0.8 =>(75x0.7457x1000)/(a million.732 x 380 x 0.8 x 0.8) = 132.seventy seven Amps. in case you run yourchronic no longer in CB base frequency, do different mindset because of the fact the fast circuit score may well be impacted and so does the risk-free practices putting. For the cable requirement, you may desire to have distance archives from MCC - motor for drop voltage reimbursement. in case you runs your motor no longer in its base frequency then dermis element reimbursement would desire to be further.
