It's hurting me so bad under my lip if I touch it, it burns. There's no white head or puss in it to pop it. My mom said to put hot compresses on it, I used the shower but nothing happened, it's still there. Any help?

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

I know how you feel...I always have at least one of these. The best thing that you can do is leave it alone for now. Squeezing it will just force the white head further back (think about it...you're squeezing so the head is moving, and it's not going up so it must go deeper!). Leave it alone and it will either eventually go away on its on or come to a head so you can pop it. To help dry it up try using persa-gel, you can get it at any drug store or wal-mart in the acne section. Witch hazel is also helpful :) Good luck, and I'm sorry you're in pain.

mom is right hot compress. not the shower. get a face cloth wet it with water as hot as you can stand it. hold it on you lip for 15 minutes at a time. I usually do that a couple times an hour while i'm awake and at home.

leave it ALONE! DO NOT POKE SCRATCH OR POP IT!! THis could scar ur face and make the pimple worse. Put on vinegar and it will help a lot. wash ur face a lot and use cheap acne was ( since it is small) do all the things i say and it will go away pretty soon %)

Believe it or not, semen has a chemical that kills pimples. You need to find a guy that won't mind you giving him head, and then have him splooge all over you pimple. Take a hot shower, invite him to the shower with you if you want better results, then it should go away.

Before you go to bed put a hot towel on it for a few minutes and then dry it out with toothpaste.

don't touch it... just ignore ur pimple... if u squeeze it or anything it will really hurt... and stop thinking about ur pimple.. just get ur mind off ur pimple.. u can watch tv or read a book..

use hot water to open the pore
then rub soap in it and scrub
then use cold water to close it back up
