If your kitten looks unwell and is lethargic and has urine you consider off-color, you really do need to get this kitten in for a check-up. Really, the sooner you do this, the better.

You don't mention if this kitten is eating and drinking. If she still has an appetite, you might want to add some additional water to her wet food, to dilute her pee and hydrate her a little more. But this will not replace getting her to the vet. You really do need to do this.

Get it to the vet ASAP.... concentrated (bright yellow) urine is a VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM, especially in a kitten! Be a responsible "dad" and get help for that "baby" NOW! Good luck..................

You know this and you haven't taken him to a VET?!!! Get up off your butt and get going! That can be dehydration and/or liver failure or failure to process food. Kittens do not have large reserves and that kitten needs help NOW. Stop wasting time on the computer! TO THE VET!
