Ok guys just wondering if its illegal to talk to a 13 year old girl about sex when im 16. Because this 13 year old was trying to get me to "role-play" with her. But i backed out when she said she was 13 and started talking about sex. Would i have been busted if caught talking to he with something like this? Just wondering. Thanks!

I don't know if its illegal but it's definitely wrong. She's way too young to be talking about sex. Role playing can be fun but when your the right age and with the right person. whether or not its illegal doesn't matter its just plain wrong.

talking about sex when your both underage is not illegal but having sex when your underage is a boy was put in jail for having sex with a girl of his same age. oh she went to jail too

You would have been able to wreck that chick, its only illegal if one of you is 18. It's a shame you backed out...i hear roleplay is fun.

You aren't of age either so you wouldn't have been arrested, but you can't afford to get a reputation as a guy who like little girls.
