if your 16 and he is 35 and u live in the USA, the guy you are having sex with is committing a crime... statuary rape he can and will be arrested if your parents or anyone else finds out about this relationship, if u two are are having sex stop doing this and tell your parents

any 35 year old man that's wants to "talk" to a 16 year old girl is a pedophile , a pervert and a total loser. a "normal" 35 year old man would have absolutely nothing in common with a 16 year old girl.
his motivations are purely sexual based.

thats sooo crazy!!! where are your parents at??? tell your parents!! your parents are going to be mad, but they are trying to keep you safe from those prevs out there. yea, legal issues will come up and he will be known as an sex offender for the rest of his life!!! statutory rape-new law past Jan 1, 2007!! it doesnt not matter if you had sex with him or not, if you are talking to him or not, or even chatting with him on the computer. if your parents dont approve of this, they can and will press charges. if they dont, the state will pick it up and they can and will press charges. they will look at his and yours age. your an adult in ALL STATES at the age of 18!! tell your parents for your protection. leave him alone!!!!

Sweetheart I was 21 when I met my ex-husband he was 36. I was in WAY over my head then. It didn't last. When a man that age looks for a girl as young as you he is only looking for someone to control. You may not think now but trust me I wish someone had cared enough when I first met him to save me ALOT of pain and waisted years. Honey please let go of this relationship. It's illeagal.

Well you just told like hundreds of people here. And that's nasty .. There was a show on Dr. Phil and it was about this teenage boy dating his friend's MOM (she was like 40 something). And everyone including Dr. Phil thought it was disgusting.
