She could have a food allergy. You may want to try a food for sensitive guts.

it isn't user-friendly to carry close what is going on without seeing the cat, although this is available that she may want her anal glands drained. Your Veterinarian or an experienced groomer could attempt this, or educate you approaches to do it. some cats, like canines, have better problems with their anal glands (sacks) getting finished and to revive this difficulty they want to be drained periodically. In some severe circumstances the anal glands are bumped off by ability of surgical procedure. If she is a lengthy haired cat this is available that she is getting poop stuck to her fur, yet that many times in basic terms smells like poop no longer worse. the different question is how previous is your cat and is she spayed. If she is sufficiently previous to have a warmth cycle and is not any longer spayed that could want to also be some thing this is causing the undesirable scent, yet when so the scent could come and bypass at the same time with her warmth cycles, no longer be a consistant problem. a third threat if she isn't spayed is a uterus an infection, this smells somewhat undesirable and is frequently followed by ability of a thick puss like discharge.

No, no one has any ideas OTHER than your taking that sweet baby to the vet. Get off the computer and get that sweetie to a professional! This is just too awful. How could you let her go 2 months like that? Poops aren't gross. They are part of life and an indicator of her health. Now get up, go get your kitty, and get her the help she needs.

WITHOUT going to the vet?! NO!
It is her RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper medical care and to deny it as you have been doing is abuse! Get up off your lazy butt and stop wasting time on the computer. It is unconscionable that you have let this go this long! Two MONTHS! She's been suffering for two months! Not two hours or two days, but two months! If you could not afford to properly care for a pet, then why did you get one? If you cannot afford to care for a pet then you have no right to have one! Stop procrastinating. Taking your pet to the veterinarian is part of being a responsible pet owner. Your cat is suffering! And you sit on your butt wasting time on the computer whining to strangers - who have never even seen your cat. Get her to the vet!

Ours had what I thought was an impacted anal gland, which the vet said it LOOKED like but it wasn't--she could feel a solid mass in the muscle tissue. Our cat ended up having a tumor under the pelvis which blocked the anus, was wrapped around the urethra and swelled up both glands.........we had to have her euthenized last Tuesday, there was nothing they could do to fix it.
Have your vet check this. They're the experts.

You MUST take your cat to the vet to be checked out. It is your responsibility as her owner to make sure she is. Is she a Manx cat? Sometimes cats of the Manx breed (they have no tails, or very stubby ones) will have problems with their bowels and rectums due to the genetic shortening of their tails.

Sounds like she may be constipated. I don't know if there is a small enough suppository for kitty. If it's been going on for awhile, I would still make a vet appointment. Might be somehting more serious.

If her anus is swollen and red, she may just be in heat.
If she's been fixed, then it may be worms or an infection. Take her to the vet, or visit a pet med website that might be able to help you figure it out.
Cheers

Take it to the vet, you're torturing the animal by not doing so. If you can't afford to go the vet then you shouldn't have the cat in the first place.
