What is a good model of digital keychain frame?

I'm looking for one with relatively good resolution and that won't scratch too easily.

I have the Innovage. It has a bigger screen than some and retails for $29.99 USD. Not sure how well it will hold up to scratching, though. I have only had mine a couple of weeks, and so far so good. I think it will get scratched, because I have lots of keys and ornaments on my keychain and it all jumbles with the junk in my purse!
