Powerade or Gatorade will help to quench your thirst. I don't want to scare you,but if this continues where your thirst isn't being quenched by drinking water or gatorade or powerade,you may need to go to your doctor. Frequent or excessive thirst is a symptom of diabetes,and diabetes is nothing to mess around with.

usuay orange juice quenches my thirst. but nothing is better than a bottle of coca-cola the morning after a few drinks lol :)

I live in Tucson and am thirsty all the time. I have recently discovered coconut water. It's very light tasting, I could probably drink 4 at a time. The brand is ONE and I found it in health food stores and supermarkets.

water is the best, if that is not helping go see your doctor, extreme thirst can be a sign of a medical problem

water or crystal light are the best, they are not loaded with a bunch of sugars that are going to end up dehydrating you

When i was in Athletics and lk SO FRIKIN THIRSTY!!, an we still had lk alot of laps to run i would think of lk one of those Giant bottles of Grape Gatorade thats so cold when i opned the lid there would be little pieces/bits of Frozen Gatorade on the lid an the part you drink from... maann i would RUN for that then when it was over i would d rink the gatorade ani would be lk Sweet Sweet Gatorade!
